Meet Mallorie

Mallorie Marsh joins The JRH Effect as Chief Administrative Officer, leveraging over a decade of both management ​and performance quality and improvement experience. She is a purpose-driven leader, who is also dedicated to ​positive outcomes, and she is here to help navigate the intricacies of the business.

For the past two years, Mallorie has served as Chief Mom Officer, becoming an ever-evolving guru on all things ​finance, early learning, nutrition, and wellness. Her natural budgeting, planning, organizing, and time management ​skills have shined brightest in this role.

Prior to committing full time to her family, Mallorie specialized in data & reporting, project management, and ​quality customer service, helping some of the most vulnerable populations in Illinois - from those on the brink of ​homelessness to older adults. Over a span of 12 years, she helped connect people with critical resources and even ​advocated for the continuation of these resources through data analytics.

Mallorie earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Science with a focus in economics from the University of Illinois ​Chicago.
